Paddle it Forward Program

Manufacturer’s Mail-In Cash Rebate applies ONLY to:

Consumer donates any sound/usable kayak or canoe to a local 501(c) (3) charitable organization on or after April 1, 2009.
Consumer must obtain an official letter from the charity, on charity letterhead, acknowledging receipt of donated boat and date of donation.
Kayaks / canoes from Wilderness Systems, Perception, Dagger, Wave Sport and Mad River Canoe. Rental, Demo, and Limited Edition boats not eligible.
Purchases made April 1, 2009 thru August 31, 2009
Dealer grants 10% discount off the current published MSRP at point-of-sale; Maximum $200.
Dealer then provides consumer with Mail-in Rebate Redemption Form to receive an additional 10% discount off boat net sale price (net of dealer discount and sales tax); Maximum $200
Consumer mails in Redemption Form, copy of valid sales receipt and copy of charitable organization’s letter to CWS rebate clearing house.
Limit two per household in 12 month period.
Participating Retailers (not all retailers will have all brands) in US.
In store purchases only. Internet sales excluded from Rebate program.

Mail-in Rebate Redemption Forms, provided by participating retailer, must be completed in full and postmarked by November 2, 2009. Proof of purchase and letter from charitable organization must accompany Redemption Form. Not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, incorrect, illegible or postage due requests or mail. Allow 6-8 weeks for rebate check to arrive. Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted. Employees, retailers and distributors are not eligible. Reproduction, purchase, sale or trade of the Redemption Form, proof of purchase or cash register receipts is prohibited. Other rights are not assignable or transferable.
