After multiple designs and re-tooling, we are pleased to announce the Ride/AirPro MAX seat support parts have passed all tests and will be shipping 12/22/16 to all filed claim holders. Anyone who has received the first stop-gap fix will automatically receive the new kit. If you are a Ride/AirPro MAX owner who has experienced issues and has not filed a claim, or if you have received the first kit and your address has changed since, please contact Customer Service at 888-525-2925.
