We understand the demands placed on performance gear and that sometimes stuff happens; we want to get you back on the water as fast as possible if your gear fails. 

If one of our products fail within 1 year of the original purchase date due to a manufacturer defect, you can quickly receive a replacement by simply returning the product to the store that you bought it from or by contacting us directly. Paddles that fail outside of the 1 year warranty period can be replaced at a discounted price and shipping fees will be minimal. Products damaged as a result of normal wear and tear or abuse are not covered. Our warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product; proof of purchase will be required. Warranty is voided if the product has been used for commercial use or has been altered. The warranty is non-transferable.

Year 1:  warranty covers 100%, we will replace the warrantied paddle at no charge
Year 2:  warranty covers 50%, paddle can be replaced with a new paddle at a 50% discount off of MSRP
Year 3:  warranty covers 25%, paddle can be replaced with a new paddle at a 25% discount off of MSRP

Note:  if a warrantied paddle is no longer available, we will replace the warrantied paddle with the equivalent model of equal value.

To initiate your warranty contact Customer Service at 1-888-525-2925. Before returning any product you must have a Return Authorization number (RA#) issued by Customer Service. Once an RA# is issued please write this number on the outside of the package. Products without an RA# can result in package being refused or warranty being denied.
