Team Wilderness

 I have been fishing for most of my life, mostly in California, primarily from the banks of Lake Mendocino, Lake Sonoma, Clearlake and the East Fork of the Russian River. I started fishing from a kayak about 5 years ago when a fellow Soldier and friend retired and bought 2 Ride 135s. I sold my boat and got my own kayak and have been fishing and freediving ever since.

I have been in the military for the last 20 years, the first 4 in the Marine Corps, The last 16 years I have been active duty in the California Army National Guard as a Combat Engineer. I have Deployed 3 times (2 state side missions and 1 in Afghanistan)

I have been volunteering with Heroes on the Water (HOW) since 2015 and I support their events every chance I can.
